Saviola is well known for being different, providing inspiration and product differentiation. Mondrian-like geometrics around the Saviola stand at Sicam hinted at one of the key developments Saviola has been working on for the show: a new texture, aptly called Mood. Also new was a unicolour, Geo (lower right in the picture), with an all-over texture that gives an otherwise plain surface a new meaning, playing with the light and bringing the colour to life. There’s a range of about a dozen colours that work really well on their own or with woodgrains. Geo has a lot of potential for shopfitting and architectural applications. A stock programme should be available in time for the Surface Design Show. For more information call Barry Berman on 07785 373118, email barry@trendcore.co.uk or visit www.saviola.com
